Product Description

These Load Binders are forged from super alloy steel and quenched and tempered, delivering excellent strength and toughness. They withstand repeated loads under harsh working conditions without deformation or fracture.

Every load binder undergoes strict quality control:
Individual Proof Test: Each unit is proof tested at 2.5 times the Working Load Limit (WLL) to ensure compliance with safety standards.
Fatigue Test: Samples are fatigue tested at 1.5 times WLL for 20,000 cycles, proving long service life under frequent operation.
Breakage Test: Rigorous sampling breakage tests are performed on each production batch to verify ultimate load capacity.
100% Magnalflux Crack Detection: All components are 100% magnetic particle inspected to eliminate surface or near-surface cracks and ensure material integrity.
