Must choose both sufficient capacity, and can meet the use of the appropriate length of the sling, if multiple sling is used at the same time lifting load, must choose the same type of sling; The raw materials of the flat sling should not be affected by the environment or load. Whether accessories or soft lugs are required, careful consideration must be given to matching the end of the sling with auxiliary accessories and lifting equipment.

 2. Limit the use Angle of the sling

When using flat web slings with soft lugs, the minimum length of the lug used should not be 3.5 times smaller and the maximum thickness of the hook in the contact part of the lug, and the Angle of the lug activity should not exceed 20°. When connecting slings and lifting gear with soft lugs, the contact part of the slings and lifting gear must be continuous, unless the axial width of the sling does not exceed 75mm, and the bending radius of the lifting attachment must be at least 0.75 times the axial width of the cable. For example: the radius of the sling on the cargo hook should be at least 0.7 times the axial width of the sling.  3. The correct use of sling connection

5.To avoid the collision, dragging, pulling, friction, oscillation of the rigging, to prevent damage to the rigging in the lifting, we must pay attention to ensure that the load is restricted, to prevent accidental flipping or collision with other objects. Avoid dragging, pulling, or oscillating the load, which will increase the load on the rigging. If the rigging is under load, or the load is pressed against the rigging, do not drag the rigging over the ground or rough surfaces.

6.The correct storage sling when the sling completed lifting operation, must be put back, the correct storage; If no longer in use, the sling must be stored in clean, dry, well-ventilated conditions, at room temperature, and away from heat sources, outwards gases, chemicals, direct sunlight or other strong ultraviolet radiation. Priority use of storage items, must check the sling in the use of any damage occurred, do not store already damaged sling. When lifting, the sling is contaminated with acid and alkali, diluted with water or neutralized with the corresponding media that has been recommended for storage in advance. Depending on the material of the lifting sling and the related chemical properties of the reference, from the supplier's recommendation, has been used without problems of the product may be necessary.
