Product Description
Our DIN5687 Grade 80 lifting chains are premium 3x short link chains manufactured in accordance with the classic German industrial standard DIN5687. Made of high-performance 20Mn2 alloy steel, each chain undergoes full quenching and tempering heat treatment to deliver outstanding tensile strength, impact resistance and fatigue performance for heavy-duty lifting operations.
All links are formed with automatic flash butt welding, with smooth weld seams and consistent dimensional accuracy under tight DIN tolerance requirements. Every finished chain is individually proof-tested to 2.5 times its working load limit before delivery, complying with a minimum safety factor of 4:1 for reliable lifting safety.
Standard surface finishes include black oxidation, electro-galvanizing and hot-dip galvanizing to fit indoor, dry workshop or humid outdoor/marine working environments. Each chain is clearly marked with DIN5687, Grade 80 and batch number for full traceability.
This G80 short link chain perfectly matches German-style chain hoists, lifting slings, lifting hooks and other rigging accessories. Widely applied in machinery installation, mold handling, steel plant hoisting, cargo binding and construction lifting. It can also be supplied with dual marking conforming to EN818-2 to meet general EU market requirements upon request.
